   3. Noriko longs to see the new place 
2. New entanglement, transports are coming on 
   1. Bolstered by fusion energy - with some risks, but lots of promise. 
   2. Filton is a an engineer and genius that sets this all up. 
   3. A space- based system that supports transportation at amazing speeds is built  
3. Government is ready to send people

   2. Training and hard work. 
4. Travel to the Bright place

      1. dissapointing  and weird place. 
      2. Observation only from space for a while

      1. Atmosphere and other aspects are just odd.

   3. INvestigating the problem with the people getting paranoid 
   4. Paranoia become melancholy or anxiety
