It has now been two weeks since Denise was released a second time from hospital.
(That was March 30).
She has been able to eat a little bit every day and continues to try to maximize the rate of her formula intake through the J tube.
The recovery remains very slow.
Formula and eating both cause discomfort and a sense of feeling ill.
Her malnourished state and the introduction of formula and food result in several issues that require a very slow progression and care being taken about any increases.
Meanwhile these concerns make for significant discomfort that we hope to see diminish over time. Her energy levels are also low.
