God is good!
The night was not very restful, as hospitals can be. The staff was very nice, though in addition to the taking of vitals Denise had some trouble sleeping well. (Apparently due to the breathing suppression side effects of the pain medicine).
Nonetheless, the pain has been managable. And Denise is making progress.
